You have our Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply contact us within 30 days of invoice date (60 days for Innotek and Pet Safe products) to receive an RMA# for a no-hassle exchange or return.

Returns must be in new condition and packed in the original manufacturer packaging. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturer package. Returns must include the original invoice dated.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unused items in original condition and original vendor packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment*. Please see instructions for returning merchandise under "MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCEDURES" listed below.

 

 

Sending Returns Back to the Online Store:

  1. Fill out the Online Return Form (Sorry, but no returns will be accepted without this form filled out.)
  2. Returns need to be requested within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 10%** (exceptions below) restocking charge.
  3. Wait for an RMA NUMBER and shipping address to ship your product back to.
  4. Please put the RMA NUMBER in the following two places:
    • On your invoice to include in with the package
    • On the lower left hand corner of the box you are sending the product back in
  5. Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you along with your RMA NUMBER. (For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.)
  6. Include your original invoice so we can properly credit your account. (MyBabyBjorn.com cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.)
  7. If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 24-48 hours.
  8. Please allow 14-21 days (although it is often less) for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

 

Return Policy Exceptions:

  • Due to Manufacturer policies, the following products are to be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and cost of shipping and handling: Midwest Dog Crates
  • Electronic Innotek and Petsafe products may be returned within 60 days of the date of invoice.
